About Collaborative Doctoral Awards
Historic Royal Palaces co-supervises a number of Collaborative Doctoral Award (CDA) students through a number of different funding programmes. These include the Collaborative Doctoral Partnership (CDP) scheme, which we are an award holder as part of the REACH consortium. We also supervise CDAs funded via the Doctoral Training Partnerships (DTPs) and are a partner of the Techne DTP consortium.
If you are a university supervisor and are interested in developing a funded CDA project proposal with us, please contact curators@hrp.org.uk. Please note that we do supervise self-funded students.
Reach Collaborative Doctoral Partnership
The REACH Collaborative Doctoral Partnership (CDP) is an AHRC funded consortium which awards funding to individual collaborative PhD studentship projects through annual competitions.
The REACH consortium partners are Royal Museums Greenwich/National Maritime Museum, the British Film Institute; Historic Royal Palaces; the National Portrait Gallery; and the National Trust.
Please see the Royal Museums Greenwich website for further details about how to collaborate with us through the REACH CDP scheme.
