Members are only required to pre-book free member ticket(s) on select days. Check the website or member FAQs in advance of your visit to determine whether the date of your visit requires a ticket.

On dates that do not require pre-booking, simply show your membership card for free entry. If you’ve just joined online, you can show your confirmation email QR code as proof of your new membership until you receive your card.
