The Cartoon Gallery
The Cartoon Gallery is one of Hampton Court Palace's most prestigious historic spaces and the only room within the Palace available for daytime corporate hire. Located within the magnificent Georgian State Apartments, it overlooks the elegant fountains and colonnades of Fountain Court, providing a distinctive setting for corporate receptions, executive meetings and client entertaining.

The Garden Room
Flooded with natural daylight and set within its own private walled garden, The Garden Room offers an inspiring setting for conferences, corporate away days, leadership retreats and strategy meetings. This elegant, self-contained space combines historic charm with modern facilities, providing the ideal environment for productive discussions, presentations and team development.
Equipped with contemporary AV and high-speed Wi-Fi, The Garden Room is perfectly suited to corporate strategy sessions, executive offsites, board meetings and business events. Venue hire also includes access to Hampton Court Palace, offering delegates the opportunity to explore the historic site independently or through a guided experience.

FAQ's for Corporate away days at Hampton Court Palace

We are a dry hire venue only. The venue hire fee includes your chosen spaces alongside cleaning, security, first aid cover and the services of a dedicated event manager. Hire of the Garden Room also includes use of our in-house furniture and audio-visual equipment.
We work with a list of approved suppliers for all other elements. Your catering, production, furniture and entertainment costs are additional fees that will be quoted to you by our approved suppliers upon contact.
We recommend contacting our approved suppliers as soon as possible to gather all your costs for the event.
Please note that we are unable to quote on behalf of our approved suppliers.
We welcome children aged 12 and over in the Palace State Apartments and Little Banqueting House.
Children of all ages are welcome in the Garden Room.

Yes, our spaces are licensed for wedding ceremonies. You can host your wedding ceremony in the Little Banqueting House, the Garden Room and many of the Palace State Apartments, including the Great Hall.
There are a range of hotels and self-catered accommodation options nearby to Hampton Court Palace, you event manager will be happy to provide more information.
We have a range of spaces for guest numbers from 2 guests up to 400 with outdoor spaces for larger numbers. We can accommodate weddings for up to 250 guests.
