Sustainability
Food is our passion, and we want it to be as respectful of the environment as can be! This is why, it is at the centre of all we do, reducing our food waste, using a greenest supply chain, local sourcing and committing to a larger plant-based offer.
We love to tell stories through our food and drink, we use our creativity to link our food to the unique visitor experience. We understand the role great food can play in a family day out and our extensive menus can provide you with everything you need.
Our food is inventive, local, and memorable yet accessible to all. We source seasonal food using local suppliers through our London larder, a specially selected group of local suppliers whose commitment to quality in their field is unmatched. Their products give our menus a sense of place, one that reflects our London heritage and base.
