Route closures
Queen's State Apartments
The Queen's State Apartments will close from 15 June 2026 onwards for major work and re-presentation.
Orangery closures
On selected dates from Monday 27 April to Sunday 10 May, a large-scale event build will be taking place on The Orangery Lawns at Kensington Palace. During this time there will be no access to The Orangery Lawns. Entry points to The Orangery will be redirected by our helpful teams onsite.
Whilst we will do our best to minimise any impact on your dining experience, the event build will cause a visual impact from The Orangery restaurant and that we do anticipate elevated noise levels during this time.
See more information about specific dates on the Orangery page.
