Important information for your booking
Home education visits must be pre booked and paid for in advance and are available to UK based home educators only. Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable.
The subsidised rate is only available Wednesday to Friday during UK term time, it is not available during school holidays or on bank holidays.

Age 5-18: £4.40
Adults
Up to 1 : 3 ratio: Free (One free adult ticket will be provided for every 3 children. This includes under 5’s).
Additional adults: £26.70
Please bring evidence that you are a home educator with you to present at our schools desk on the day of your visit. We appreciate that not all home educators will have a Local Authority letter, or membership of a Home Education group. In this case please contact us via email in advance of your visit to confirm.
Key stage 1 (age 4-7) = 1:5
Key stages 2, 3 and 4 (age 7-15) = 1:10

To help support your prebooked school or home educator visit, we have launched our brand-new Learning Sensory Bags that support multi-sensory exploration in the Tudor State Apartments and are a great way to engage children and young people with the historic environment.
£1 tickets for Hampton Court Palace
£1 tickets for a day visit to Hampton Court are available to anyone in receipt of the following:
- Universal Credit
- Working Tax Credit
- Child Tax Credit
- Pension Credit
- Employment and Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Jobseeker’s Allowance
You can claim £1 tickets for up to six people per household. Only one person per household needs to show supporting documents.
Tickets must be booked online in advance to guarantee entry and avoid disappointment. Visitor numbers are limited and many dates and timeslots are sold out in advance.
If you can't find £1 tickets for the date you wish to book, this date is sold out but further dates are available.
