Hear a haunting story
Looking to hear a chilling tale? Join our storytelling each day during half term for a tale based around a mysterious happening at Hampton Court Palace.
Everyone is welcome. Children must accompany their adults at all times, in case the adults get spooked!
Storytelling will be daily in the King's Guard Chamber in William III's apartments at 11:30, 12:15, 13:00, 13:45, 14:30 and 15:15
Halloween talks

Ghosts, stories and family fun
Get ready for a spook-tacular family adventure that's full of ghostly fun!
Please note that the ghosts will be in full ghoulish make-up and costume, which some visitors may find scary. While the experience is designed to be family friendly and not overly frightening, visitors may encounter darkness, loud noises, flashing lights and occasional jump scares throughout the palace.
We recommend that brave children keep a watchful eye on their adults throughout the adventure.
Our palace has been haunted for hundreds of years, and will be for hundreds more. Please remember to treat the ghosts with respect. Be kind to them and allow them space to haunt in peace.
