We offer a reduced rate for home educators visiting our sites on weekdays during UK term time.

We host dedicated days for home educators at some of our popular palaces throughout the year. To support you to have the best experience on these days we reduce school visits so that there is more space available to explore. You will have access to the site all day with a range of programmed and self-led activities available to support your visit.
Kensington Queens, Kensington Palace, Thursday 24 October
Come and meet three fascinating queens who made Kensington Palace their home: Queen Anne, Queen Caroline and Queen Victoria. Find out how they shaped the palace, used it and were –sometimes - constrained by it. How did their lives and the palace they lived in reflect changes in Britain and its expanding role in the world?
Discover more about palace life at an object handling drop in and explore an aspect of the queens’ lives through a craft activity.
Pricing
- Admission costs £6 per child (5-16 years). Under 5's are free.
- Adults are free on a 1 adult to 3 children ratio.
- Tickets for additional adults cost £18.40 each.
