Art and architecture at Kensington Palace, Friday 17 October 10:30 - 16:00
Join us for a special event at Kensington Palace, created exclusively for home educating families. Discover how a former country house was remodelled into a grand Stuart royal residence, fit for a King and Queen. Explore the stories and inspirations behind this ultimate house 'make over' and uncover the life and vision of William Kent, whose designs transformed the residence into a lavish Georgian party palace. The event combines history and art, and hands on learning.
