We offer an Agency Voucher Scheme which gives pre-approved travel industry companies a credit limit per month for bookings made via our B2B portal.

Our B2B portal in a nutshell

• A portal where companies can book palace tickets for customers against their account
• Bookings can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• All palaces operate on a timed admission basis, you must reserve the date and time slot when booking
• Free cancellation up to the day of arrival
• Tickets for 6 or more admissions on one transaction must be printed prior to arrival
• Tickets for 6 or less admissions on one transaction can be shown on mobile for admission
• Booking via the B2B portal means that customers do not have to queue upon arrival to exchange vouchers for printed tickets
• Invoiced monthly against bookings in the system for visit in that month

Eligibility criteria must be met for applications to be accepted.
