Member tickets

Historic Royal Palaces members enjoy free and unlimited entry to the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens within opening hours. Simply show your membership card for free entry. If you've just joined online, you can show your confirmation email as proof of your new membership until you receive your card.

Booking free member tickets

Members are only required to pre-book free member ticket(s) on select days to guarantee entry. Always check the website in advance of your visit to determine whether the date of your visit requires pre-booking, and for our latest opening times.

Log in via the button for the member portal login below, using your membership number and lead member surname.

Please remember to use the same email address associated with your membership when booking online. Member benefits are only for those included within your membership.
