Redeem your gift voucher
Redeem a voucher online to begin your membership and start enjoying your member benefits straight away.
Follow the link below to add your membership to the cart, then enter your voucher code (beginning DVI) in the promo or voucher code box. Vouchers can also be redeemed at our palace Ticket Offices.
Redeem your voucherFrom the link above on our membership purchase page, select ‘I am buying for myself’ and then add your membership to the cart. Then enter your voucher code (beginning DVI) into the promo or voucher code box and click Add. This will reduce the price to £0, and you must create an account (or log into an existing Historic Royal Palaces account) to finish setting up your membership.
Vouchers must be redeemed against the membership type shown on the voucher (e.g. a voucher for Individual membership cannot be applied to a Joint membership). If you’d like to upgrade to a higher-value membership, you can redeem your code, then log in to your account, upgrade to another membership type and pay the difference.
