You’ll receive a voucher code (by email, with a postal option available) to give to your recipient. The code is valid for 12 months from purchase and can be redeemed online or at our Ticket Offices.

- 10% discount on admission to Kew Gardens, in which Kew Palace and the Great Pagoda are situated
- Free or discounted entry to a wide range of palace events and exhibitions

- 10% discount in our shops, cafes and restaurants (exclusions apply)

- Knowing your valuable donation goes towards conserving our palaces for future generations
You can redeem your gift voucher:
- Online: Purchase a new membership on our website and enter your voucher code in the ‘Promo or voucher code’ box.
- At a palace: Visit one of our Ticket Offices during opening hours and redeem your voucher in person to start your membership straight away.
Vouchers must be redeemed against the membership type shown (e.g. Individual, Joint, Family). If you’d like to upgrade to a higher-value membership, you can redeem your code, then log in to your account, upgrade to another membership type and pay the difference.
