Join Peter Corry and his sensational cast of singers for an unforgettable evening celebrating the very best of musical theatre at 'Thank You for the Musicals' on Hillsborough Castle's picturesque South Terrace.

Expect powerful performances of show-stopping hits from beloved classics such as Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked and Mamma Mia! Alongside modern sensations including Hamilton and Six.

This high-energy, feel-good show is guaranteed to have you tapping your toes, singing along, and swept up in the magic of the musicals.

Access information

Seating is divided into three sections and will be allocated on the night on a first come, first served basis. Seats are provided. The three sections are as follows:

South Terrace – This section of seats faces the step area and has unrestricted views.

Franklin Wing – This section of seats has a side view to right side of the step area and is sold as restricted view.

Downshire Wing – This section of seats has a side view to the left side of the step area and is sold as restricted view.

All seating is on one level, on a flat surface and is fully accessible. This is a two act performance with an interval, during which you will be able to purchase refreshments.

Please note that this is an outdoor event. We kindly advise all ticket holders to dress appropriately for the weather, as conditions may be variable.

Access to the South Terrace is via garden paths which are sloped and uneven in places, please wear practical footwear to ensure your comfort and safety.

Parking & transport

Parking for ticket holders is available in our visitor car park (off the A1), which is free of charge. A minibus will be available for those with limited mobility.

Blue Badge holders are welcome to park in our top site entrance (accessible off Main Street in Royal Hillsborough village), this must be arranged in advance by calling the Events Team on 028 9268 1345.

Access to Hillsborough Castle and Gardens before 18:15 requires a separate Gardens Only or Castle and Gardens Ticket (subject to arrival time and availability).
