Members-Only Carols by the Christmas Tree

Celebrate Christmas and wrap up in your finest festive knits!

Members are invited to join us on the frosty steps outside St Malachy’s Church, Hillsborough. At 16:00, a glorious peal of bells will fill the whole village with festive cheer. Local musicians will accompany us for a host of your favourite carols as we take a candle-lit walk up from the church along the Dark Walk to the Christmas tree outside the State Entrance of the Castle.

Bring your best Christmas cheer and your boldest singing voice as we gather around the Christmas tree for some traditional carols and a warm drink.

Invitation warmly extended to volunteers and staff of Hillsborough Castle and Gardens.

The gardens will close at 16:00, after which, entrance will be permitted for this event only. As this event finishes after-hours, parking in the Lower Visitor Centre car park is not available.
