Terms and conditions

The promotion is not valid alongside any other offers.
Those who identify as a dad are eligible for the free/discounted ticket; no proof of being a dad is required.
Dads are eligible for a free visit to the Gardens, or a 50% discount to the Castle based on a full price adult (£10.10 without donation, £11.20 with donation).
Dads do not need to be accompanied by any other paid tickets.
One free/discounted ticket can be claimed per booking.
If the visit slot is full at the time of arrival due to necessary capacity limits, the visitor(s) will need to wait until the next available slot.
Tickets for the promotion are also available onsite on the day of the event. Just arrive at the ticket office and let them know you are a dad.
