11:00-11:45: The Joyfulness Hour 

Panelists: Donna Easton and Nick Ede

Lavina Mehta MBE is a Personal Trainer, bestselling author, Wellness coach, and TED speaker. A mother of three, she was awarded an MBE for her services to health and fitness during Covid-19.

Jacqui Sechiari is a qualified women’s health and fitness coach specializing in menopause. Helen Russell is a bestselling author, journalist, and speaker.
