Our employees are key to our success
"There’s always something new to learn and things to get involved with, from putting the flags out from the roof-top, to helping out with big events – no two days are ever the same!"
Amy Edwards, Events
Orientation
Your first few weeks may differ depending on the palace or department you are working in. Some have longer induction programmes than others, but the advice is still the same.
This time is all about starting off well and laying the right foundations so that you can fulfil the role you have been recruited to do and feel part of Historic Royal Palaces.
"Each year it's exciting to see our new Seasonal Retail staff explore and discover the Palaces during their induction and on-going training."
James Hoff, Retail Trainer
