Daily Tour

Which members of the Royal family have lived at Kew? How did the use of the palace change over time? Were King George III and Queen Charlotte really a love match? How did life change for the family of George III during his periods of ill health?

Join one of our costumed hosts on a daily 30 minute tour featuring some of the key rooms in the palace to hear their stories and learn more about life for the royal family at Kew.

Member Information

Members are entitled to free tickets for the tour (with valid membership card or information). Members also receive a 10% discount on entrance to Kew Gardens.

Access Information

The tour includes rooms on the ground floor and first floor of the palace, where lift access is available. Please alert your host at the start of the tour for any access requirements.

Ticketing Information

Tours start 22 April 2025.

Tickets are £5.00 per person and can be booked in person at Kew Palace up to 10 minutes before the tour starts (Historic Royal Palaces members go free).

Royal Kew tours are not included in Kew Gardens tickets. To enter the palace, you will need a Kew Gardens ticket.
