The Kensington Palace Shop is located near to the Café at the end of the visit. You do not need a palace admission ticket to enter.

Opening times

  • Daily 10:00-16:00.
  • You can also shop with us online.

Level access is available to this shop via the main entrance and Lift access is available to this shop via the Café. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
