Enjoy a mindful morning

Following World Mental Health Day on 10 October, a stroll through our historic gardens is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a moment of mindfulness and reflection.

With a multitude of quiet spots and benches to take a seat around the Wilderness, why not practice some mindful breathing or meditation as you listen to the morning birdsong and wind rustling through the trees?

If you’re not a fan of the sounds of nature, pop your headphones in and listen to an episode of Historic Royal Palaces’ podcast as you stretch your legs.
