Ticketing information
Please do not rebook tickets as we have a strict no refunds policy.
We can make changes to unused admission tickets bought directly via our website (exc. events.) for an amendment fee.
Pick your date and time, and email info@hrp.org.uk or call our team on 0333 320 6000 to request the change. Our phone lines are open Monday – Friday, 09.00-14.00.
Ticket changes are subject to Terms of use and availability, and must be made at least 3 working days before your new visit date. In the meantime, DO NOT make a new booking as it will not be refundable.
Complimentary adult companion tickets can be obtained online, and available in advance only due to the limited group sizes.
On the day, you’ll need to show supporting documents (such as an Access Card, Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).
If have you any questions, please email info@hrp.org.uk with your booking reference number. We will be happy to reserve the additional companion tickets for your party at no extra cost if there is availability on your time slot.
Under 18s are admitted to the Food Festival accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit.
Dogs are not permitted within the palace, courtyards or gardens unless they are trained assistance dogs. This includes medical alert dogs. We are happy to provide water on request. Please let us know in advance by contacting hrpfestivals@riverstreetevents.co.uk if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.
Unfortunately emotional support animals are not allowed, due to the fact that they generally haven’t received the same training as medical assistance pets and therefore pose more of a risk to the historic fabric and collections.
