Join a yoga class at the Feel Good Festival this spring with Reiki master Emy. For Emy, yoga is a state of mind, a time to disconnect from the world and reconnect with oneself, fostering presence and self-awareness. A Reiki master and expert in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Emy's classes encourage healing and a connection to the universal energy of love.
These classes offer a safe and welcoming space for all, from beginners to advanced yogis.
Yoga mats will be provided.
This workshop is led by Hannah Droy, an intuitive energy worker, Reiki master and sound healer and includes pre-bookable sound baths. These use sound waves that help enhance overall wellbeing.
Hannah will also host drop-in question and answer sessions, which aim to provide further insight into how sound and energy healing works and the benefits.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a soothing experience that uses vibrational sound waves to enhance wellbeing and promote self-healing. For centuries, sound has been a practice for releasing stress and calming the mind and body.
In these sessions, you will be invited to lie down, close your eyes and immerse yourself in the healing tones of gongs and crystal singing bowls to achieve deep relaxation and harmony.

Take part in a Herbal Tea Workshop where you’ll create medicinal tinctures to promote relaxation and restful sleep. Try making your own Bach Flower Remedy for healing or discover natural ways to Navigate Menopause with Medicine.
With seven fantastic one 1 hour workshops available daily, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Nutritionists from The London House of Wellbeing will also be onsite to provide expert advice and guidance. Our all-female team is here to support you in feeling your very best in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Join herbalist Poppy for an engaging, hands-on workshop and explore how herbal teas can support your body through menopause. Learn about the physical changes menopause brings and how personalized tea blends can help alleviate symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, sleep issues and hormonal imbalances.
After a demonstration on blending teas, you’ll have the chance to create your own blends tailored to your specific needs and take them home with you. Poppy will guide you in crafting well-balanced blends, considering flavor, function and proportions.
