Experience a range of wellness-focused workshops at the Feel Good Festival. From craft classes to motivating talks with influencers, pick up a new hobby or get inspired with these mini-workshops.
Tickets for workshops are required, in addition to general admission. General admission tickets do not include workshop entry. Children need to be accompanied at all times during workshops - this isn't a drop-off activity.
This workshop is led by Hannah Droy, an intuitive energy worker, Reiki master and sound healer and includes pre-bookable sound baths. These use sound waves that help enhance overall wellbeing.
Hannah will also host drop-in question and answer sessions, which aim to provide further insight into how sound and energy healing works and the benefits.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a soothing experience that uses vibrational sound waves to enhance wellbeing and promote self-healing. For centuries, sound has been a practice for releasing stress and calming the mind and body.
In these sessions, you will be invited to lie down, close your eyes and immerse yourself in the healing tones of gongs and crystal singing bowls to achieve deep relaxation and harmony.
Eclosion offers breathwork, acupressure, and cold water therapy to help you reset and heal. These natural techniques boost energy, melt tension, and improve mind-body balance. Led by Markus, Hanna, and Laura, you'll experience deep healing with expert guidance.
Markus, one of the founders of Eclosion, is on a mission to share the incredible healing power of breathwork, acupressure and cold water exposure. After 20 years in the music industry, he’s now a trainee psychotherapist and advocates for mental and physical wellness.
