Historic Royal Palaces is the self-funding charity that cares for Hampton Court Palace. We ask for an optional 10% donation towards our charitable work when you buy your ticket. You can make your donation go further by ticking the Gift Aid box when completing your purchase. Historic Royal Palaces will be able to claim an extra 25% of the value of your ticket at no extra cost to you. Thank you for supporting us.

£1 tickets for Hampton Court Palace
£1 tickets for a day visit to Hampton Court are available to anyone in receipt of the following:
- Universal Credit
- Working Tax Credit
- Child Tax Credit
- Pension Credit
- Employment and Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Jobseeker’s Allowance
You can claim £1 tickets for up to six people per household. Only one person per household needs to show supporting documents.
Tickets must be booked online in advance to guarantee entry and avoid disappointment. Visitor numbers are limited and many dates and timeslots are sold out in advance.
If you can't find £1 tickets for the date you wish to book, this date is sold out but further dates are available.

For tickets purchased online, you can choose from the following two delivery options:
Receive tickets by email or print at home
- Download your PDF ticket to your mobile for scanning at the entrance or
- Click the link in the email that we’ll send you and print out all your tickets
If you are not able to download your e-tickets using the link in your confirmation email, please show your reference number to the ticket desk when you arrive and staff on site will be able to print your tickets for you.

Complimentary adult carer/companion tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of supporting documents (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter) at the Ticket Office.
Book one adult carer or companion ticket online
One adult carer/companion ticket can be booked online when you buy your ticket. Only one carer/companion ticket can be added per booking, but each disabled visitor can bring one person with them free of charge as a carer/companion.
Booking more than one carer or companion ticket
If your party requires more than one carer/companion ticket, please book your paid tickets online and email info@hrp.org.uk with your booking reference number and supporting documents. We will be happy to reserve the additional carer tickets for your party at no extra cost.

Dogs are not permitted onsite or in palace gardens unless they are trained assistance dogs or medical alert dogs. We are happy to provide water on request. No other dogs are permitted within the site.
Due to conservation concern and the nature of items on display, unfortunately, we do not allow emotional support animals to enter the palace.
Accessible car parking
There are 10 allocated Blue Badge parking bays in the on-site car park. Parking is free for Blue Badge holders. On the rare occasion that these bays are full, disabled visitors are welcome to park in any other space as long as their Blue Badge is displayed.
Please do not rebook tickets as we have a strict no refunds policy.
We can make changes to unused admission tickets bought directly via our website (excluding events and special offer tickets, £1 ticket offer) for an amendment fee.
Amendments to times and dates can be made by contacting the Contact Centre on 0333 320 6000 before or after your original visit date. You can book any date we’re open, subject to availability. To do this, follow these steps:
- Check availability of tickets across the sites here
- Pick your date and time
- Call our team on 0333 320 6000 to make a change at least 3 working days before your new visit date. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00.
Ticket changes are subject to terms of use and availability, and must be made at least 3 working days before your new visit date. In the meantime, DO NOT make a new booking as it will not be refundable.
