The Garden Room

Bright, airy and nestled within its own private walled garden, the Garden Room is an idyllic location for conferences, away days and corporate parties that require a touch of class.

This self-contained former orangery combines old-world charm with the latest audio-visual technology and excellent Wi-Fi access, making it suitable for even the most sophisticated presentations.

Hire also includes access to the rest of palace, which your delegates can explore on their own or with one of our knowledgeable guides.

After lunch, your delegates can step through the impressive French windows into the private walled garden, where they can enjoy archery, football and other team-building exercises.

Capacity

  • Up to 180 guests banqueting style or theatre style
  • Up to 120 guests cabaret style

  • Available for day and evening hire

The Cartoon Gallery

Originally used as a meeting room for the Privy Council, the Cartoon Gallery is one of the largest of the palace’s Georgian Rooms. Overlooking the charming fountains and colonnades of Fountain Court, the Cartoon Gallery gets its name from the Raphael masterworks that line the walls.

Available to hire during the day, this space is perfect for team away days. In the evening it can also be used in conjunction with other spaces. 

  • 200 guests for dining
  • 300 guests for drinks receptions
