arrive to soaring Ionic columns and a Baroque masterpiece by Sir Peter Paul Rubens; they
leave with a story they’ll keep retelling. The venue’s scale and service model are built for
multi-day events- think conferences, leadership summits, AGMs, fashion showcases, and

Consecutive-day access means smarter builds, better flow and stronger stories: plenary in
the Main Hall, partner showcases in the Undercroft, and evenings that feel celebratory rather
than rushed - right in the heart of London.

Time extensions available to 1 a.m., subject to schedule.

The Main Hall

Awe-inspiring, conference-ready, and unforgettable. The uninterrupted views of the Rubens ceiling becomes your event’s signature shot, while the Hall’s proportions provide seamless sightlines for any configuration of the space you choose.

The Undercroft

Once the setting for celebrations enjoyed by James I and his companions, the Undercroft makes a more intimate counterpart to the imposing Main Hall.

This atmospheric space has charm and character in abundance, and the cosy arches and rich acoustics make it a perfect setting for away days, meetings and conferences.

Capacities: Up to 350 guests for standing drinks receptions

Example two-day run of show

● Day 0 (Build): Load-in,set up across both spaces, AV checks, hospitality set.

● Day 1 (Plenary): 09:30 arrivals & coffee in Undercroft; 10:30 keynote in Main Hall; 12:30 networking lunch; 14:00 sessions; 18:00 reception.

● Day 2 (Depth): 09:00 workshops; 12:00 partner showcases; 15:30 closing; 17:00 celebration under the Rubens ceiling; 23:00 de-rig.

Availability and pricing

Banqueting House will host events from October 2025 following essential conservation works. Provisional holds can be placed now; site visits are available upon request. Daytime hire is from £16,000 + VAT; all-day & evening from £26,000 + VAT, with late extensions available to 1 a.m.

From arrival to applause, the delegate journey is central to the Banqueting House offer. The setting is moments from the Westminster Tube and Charing Cross stations, with Q-Park Leicester Square nearby for those travelling by car. Step-free routes and a well-briefed host team create a smooth welcome, while behind the scenes, we can layer in quiet rooms, green rooms, presenter prep and storage

Frequently asked questions on multi-day hire

● Can we hold provisional dates before October 2025?  Yes—provisional holds can be placed now; talk to our team.

● How late can we run?  Extensions available to 1 a.m with the potential to run later. Please discuss this with the team directly.

● Can we build a stage and set for several days?  Yes - consecutive-day access supports large-scale builds and bespoke sets which can be left in situ for the duration of your programme.
