Spaces for impactful business events

The Main Hall

A conference-class room with royal presence. The soaring columns and Baroque ceiling frame your keynotes, panels, and award moments. Supports staging, screens, AV rigs, and bespoke seating.

Capacities: up to 400 seated theatre style or 280 cabaret style, for a more relaxed event.

Undercroft

Once a secluded royal retreat beneath the Banqueting Hall, the Undercroft provided monarchs with a private space for relaxation and entertainment. Today, this vaulted chamber offers an atmospheric and versatile counterpart to the grandeur above. Its distinctive arches and intimate scale make it ideal for networking sessions, partner showcases, lounges, press zones, or post-event receptions.

Capacities: up to 350 standing.

A big thank you to you and everyone involved for a very lovely evening, it was so special to be dining beneath The Rubens Ceiling once again.

From first arrival to the final toast, Banqueting House creates a natural rhythm for corporate occasions. The Undercroft sets the tone with a welcoming atmosphere and space to gather, while the Main Hall provides a dramatic stage for keynotes, awards or gala dinners. As the day unfolds, the flow between these two historic spaces allows moments of focus, collaboration and celebration to sit seamlessly together, leaving delegates with an experience as memorable as it is productive.

  • Morning: 09:00 arrivals & coffee in the Undercroft
  • Late morning: 10:00 keynote in the Main Hall
  • Afternoon: 13:00 working lunch + partner showcase
  • Evening: 17:30 awards ceremony in Main Hall, followed by 19:00 networking reception in the Undercroft
  • Close: Extensions available until 01:00

Availability and pricing

Banqueting House has reopened for events following essential conservation works. Daytime hire is from £16,000 + VAT; all-day and evening from £26,000 + VAT, with late extensions available to 01:00.

The delegate experience

Banqueting House is designed to make a strong first impression on corporate audiences. Its central Westminster location offers excellent transport links, with nearby parking for those arriving by car. Step-free access and attentive front-of-house staff ensure delegates are welcomed with ease, while behind the scenes, the venue provides cloakrooms and private spaces for VIPs or speakers.

Frequently asked questions on multi-day hire

Extensions available to 01:00 with the potential to run later. Please discuss this with the team directly.

Yes, consecutive-day access supports large-scale builds and bespoke sets which can be left in situ for the duration of your programme.
