For deaf and hard of hearing visitors
Hold the stories of Kensington Palace in your hand and experience history where it really happened with the British Sign Language (BSL) digital visitor guide.
Join curators, historians and conservators as they share fascinating stories and hidden secrets of Kensington Palace.
Explore the rooms where the young Princess Victoria spent her childhood, and the grand rooms of the King’s State Apartments, which were used for lavish entertaining during the Georgian period. Then take in the more intimate Queen's State Apartments, which were created for Mary II.
Using your guide
Collect your guide from the Hub, next to the ticket scanning desk and ask for a BSL guide. The guide is on a mobile-phone sized touchscreen.
The tour is self-led. If you are visiting as a group of more than six people who all use BSL, please email info@hrp.org.uk so we can set aside the required guides.
Planning your day
Use the guide to see what's on, where to eat and shop, and scroll through a timeline of the palace to discover more about its history.
